You can see the categories for both the current and previous academic years from the "All Courses,". If you need courses from two years ago, use the "Search Courses" function and add the year to search (e.g., search "2023-").
Access is restricted to users who were registered in the past course as a "Teacher" role.
Faculty members newly assigned to a course this year should register themselves as a "Teacher" in those past courses to view and import content from previous years.
If a student requests access to a course taken in the previous year, it can be viewable by adjusting the visibility settings of the course if the student is already registered in that course.
〈How to enable students access〉
Note: This task must be performed by a "Teacher" role user of the course.
① In "Settings," change "Course visibility" to "Show."
② Set all users but granting access "Suspended".
(Note: If you skip this step, all users in the course become accessible.)
Users are categorized according to the enrollment method: "Manual enrolments," "Self enrolment," or "Kyoumusync enrolments."
First, check the boxes of all users to share the same enrollment method. Next, from "With selected users" dropdown menu, select the edit option corresponding to that method. Then change the status to "Suspended" on the editing screen.
Note: If there is a mismatch between the user's actual enrollment method and the select in the dropdown menu, the user will be removed and excluded from the process.
Once the changes are complete, the participants' status will be updated to "Suspended."
