Parul Nisha is currently Senior Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Clinical Research Strategies,LLC (CRS), a Boutique Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and Life Sciences Management Consultancy firm with its headquarters in Pittsburgh. Parul is passionate about Science and Innovation, and has over 20 years of research experience inclusive of Industry and Academic Research settings. In her current roleat CRS, she advises early to mid-phase startup biotech companies, as well as serves as strategic partner to top 5 drug and medical device manufacturers, for them to maneuver the regulatory landscape with FDA and other regulatory bodies around the world. Parul drives CRS’s vision to stay at the cutting edge of the Regulatory and Clinical Sciences and interpret it for their clients to help with the novel pipeline of products at these companies that does not have much precedence with the regulatory authorities, to impact successful market authorization. Parul’s purpose driven vision is to utilize her education and experience to impact healthcare with patient centric scientific and innovative products and bring it to the global population at prices they can afford.

Parul moved to Pittsburgh from India in her early twenties to earn her PhD in molecular genetics from CMU, followed by basic and translational science fellowships at NIH and Children’s hospital of Pittsburgh. She then moved to clinical research in an industry setting and worked at Philips Respironics before joining CRS in 2021. She lives in Sewickley with her husband and 2 sons, both students at the North Allegheny School District
