Laura Strobel is the proud mother of two young boys, Alex and Ben, and enjoys spending time with family outdoors hiking, boating and exploring new places.
She is a graduate of La Roche University where she received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Administration & Management. Laura is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the banking and capital markets space where she helps financial service clients navigate the complexities of fiduciary and custodian taxation. She is credentialed as an Enrolled Agent certified to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
Laura is active in her community and as an executive board member and treasurer of the YWCA Greater (2021 - Current), she helps foster a culture to eliminate racism and empower women. In addition, Laura serves on the Executive Committee (2019 - Current) for the United Way's Women's Leadership Council where she offers stewardship through volunteer activities and other events that provide assistance to women and families facing unexpected crisis. Laura holds the role of treasurer for Christ Our Savior's Lutheran Parish (2012 - Current). Additionally, captain's a team in the Pittsburgh Walk to End Alzheimer's for the Alzheimer's Association (2013 – Current).
