Cathleen Zeisler graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Civil Engineering. She has been licensed as a professional engineer in Pennsylvania for over 25 years. Her main focus has been on structures, specifically bridges and tunnels.
She has been involved with design of new structures, rehabilitation of existing structures, and structural inspections of bridges and sign structures. She currently works at SAI Consulting Engineers in the Strip District in their Bridge Inspection group and is Project Manager of several Bridge Inspection contracts with PennDOT. Previous projects include the Fort Pitt Bridge rehabilitation and the Boston Central Artery Tunnel.
She enjoys harnessing the full power of excel and other Microsoft apps and enjoys writing code as well as splashing in streams and being in a bucket truck. She is also mom to three kids, her youngest of which is Karen who is a senior at NASH. She enjoys being outside including hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.
