Ana Kay Yaghoubian, MPA (she/her) has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years and has experience in staff, budget and program management. Ana Kay recently moved into the position of Director of Building for Success in School and Life at the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. In this position she provides funding to educational programs focused on Pre-K education, Out of School Time activities and college and career preparation. In this role she is responsible for bringing together the community, foundation, government and nonprofit organizations to support these focus areas. For the last four and a half years Ana Kay served as the Director of Education Programs at Adagio Health supervising the Community Education team, providing oversight and execution of the department’s mission and vision. In this position she worked to provided education to youth and adults on sexual health, healthy relationships, dating violence prevention, and LGBTQ sensitivity and health disparities. Ana Kay is passionate about education and the arts and serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Steel City Improv Theater.
