Activities take place from 09:00-21:00 each day. Students are expected to attend and participate in all sessions.
You will be walking between the different course locations between sessions, so please ensure you have comfortable footwear.
Activities are scheduled for the Saturday of the middle weekend.
Students will be free from Saturday evening through to Monday at 09:00. Meals during this time will be provided via vouchers which students can use at a range of restaurants.
The school is due to finish at 16:00 on Friday September 22.
Breakfast will be available at St Catharine's each day.
There will be a student poster session on the evenings of the first Tuesday, so please prepare and bring a poster illustrating your current research, to be shared with summer school lecturers and colleagues.
Posters should be A0 in portrait format or A1 in landscape.
We will provide Linux workstations to each student, completely set up with the tools and material needed for the school. If you have your own laptop, and if it runs Linux, do feel free to bring it along as well.
