Arrival
Please make your way to St Catharine's and check in at the Porter's Lodge.
Please join us in the Ramsden Room at 17:30 for a Welcome Meeting and reception.
Dinner will be from available in the main Hall at 18:00 until 19:00. You will be given a voucher in your arrival pack which you will need for your meal.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive in Cambridge after 17:00 please let us know by email training@ncas.ac.uk with your planned arrival time.
If you experience delays on your journey please provide an expected arrival time to training@ncas.ac.uk
If you arrive after 18:00 but before 19:00 please check-in and then come to the main Hall where we will have your arrival pack and dinner voucher for you to collect.
If you arrive after 19:00 please ensure that you have dinner before arriving at St Catharine's. Please check-in and then join us in the Ramsden Room at 19:30 for the Course Introduction with the Course Director Pier Luigi Vidale.
If you arrive after 20:30 please check-in to your room and join us at breakfast at 07:30 to collect your arrival pack.
Arrival Pack
You will be given an arrival pack at the Welcome Meeting. This will contain meal vouchers and other useful information.
No evening meal will be served in College on Saturday of the middle weekend of the school. All students will be provided with a meal voucher which can be used at multiple venues in Cambridge.
