Who do I contact if I have questions regarding an open order status, shipping, or UPS tracking?

What do I do if I think I received incorrect items in a curriculum shipment? 

• • Inventory your items against the packing slip and make notations against incorrect quantities and items. Email a scan of the packing slip to production center associates warehouse@responsiveed.com.
