Compensation Strategy: Collaborates with HR and executive leadership to support ResponsiveEd's overall goals.
Payroll Budgeting: Works with Finance and HR teams to align payroll budgets with district finance goals and objectives.
Compensation Program Management: Oversees design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and support hiring and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizing financial analysis techniques to analyze compensation data, payroll expenses, and trends.

HR Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Assists in auditing the Skyward and TalentEd systems for data integrity and efficiency
HR Metrics: Functions as the HR subject matter expert relating to HR data, metrics, and systems
HR Data Dashboard: Builds, monitors, and maintains a robust and accurate HR data dashboard with real-time information available to relevant stakeholders
Data & Trend Analysis: Interprets HR data and trends to provide regular assessments to campus leaders and upper management
