What is the difference between Max Occupants and Standard Occupancy?

• Max Occupants is defined as Maximum number of guests that can stay in a unit

• Standard Occupancy is the Standard number of guests a unit can have, any number of guests above that is counted as an extra guest which in some cases an extra guest fee can be applied

• The Maximum number of guest a unit can receive is determined by the Max Occupants Field in the House Details tab
