Bi-Annual Maintenance

A preventative maintenance inspection conducted twice a year. The cost for each bi-annual inspection is $175, unless otherwise specified in the property management agreement. 

This task includes: 

• Replace electronic front door batteries if applicable 

• Check all door stoppers 

• Replace smoke detector batteries

• Inspect curtains, walls, carpets/rugs, lampshades & furniture for damages or stains. 

• Use cleaning tablets on washing machine, dishwasher & garbage disposal 

• Vacuum behind & under appliances 

• Inspect all sinks, drains, water heater & angle stops for leaks

• Change microwave filters

• Inspect refrigerator temperature 

• Clean or replace AC filters

• Inspect showers for mold 

• Test bathroom exhaust fans 

• Inspect sofa bed & pull out mattress
