How can I change the management owner commission split?

Option 1:  Change the split permanently for all reservations made going forward from the date/time of the change.

1. Open the property/unit

2. Select the Owner tab

3. Select Owner Details button

4. Adjust the percentage split for the reservation type (STA and/or PGO)

5. Select Complete Owner Details Modification

How do I correct incorrect Commission amount on Owner Statement? 

You can correct the Commission amount on the reservation

      1. Navigate to Find Reservations

      2. Search for reservation number and click on reservation

      3. Click on the Commission Tab

      4. You can either Override the % or the fixed amount

      5. Save Change

      6. Regenerate Owner Statement and commission will be corrected
