Linen Program Pricing 

Studio: $55 + $10 for sofabed 

One bedroom: $65 + $10 for sofabed 

Two bedroom: $80 + $10 for sofabed 

Three bedroom: $95 + $10 for sofabed 

**Not all MPS properties are included on the Linen Subscription. This was implemented in 2023 and is only used on our new properties going forward. Older owners always  have the option to join our linen program and new owners have the option to opt out of our linen program. 

Important note: ALL properties are REQUIRED to use MPS brand linens - no exceptions. 

• For owners not enrolled in the linen program, this means they have purchased their linens through My Perfect Stays, and the linens are considered owner property. If any linens become stained or damaged, the cleaner will report this to MPS, and MPS will replace the items and bill the owner accordingly.

• For owners enrolled in the linen program, all linens are owned by MPS and rented to the owner for a flat monthly fee. In this case, the owner is not charged for stained or damaged linens—MPS handles all replacements as part of the program.
