Why are my unit photos and descriptions not syncing with Airbnb?
When your photos or Airbnb unit descriptions are not being updated with the changes made in Streamline, it could be related to how you have chosen Airbnb to sync with Streamline. This setting is configured on Airbnb, however you can quickly view your Synchronization Category in Streamline.
Go to Reports
Click on Airbnb Status Report
Review the Synchronization Category
For updates to occur on your Airbnb listing from changes made in Streamline, it should show "sync_all". If you would like to change this setting, login your Airbnb account, outside of Streamline, to make the changes.
