Description Format

1st Paragraph: [unit name, #] is a _-bedroom condo featuring amenities such as [list at least 3 popular ones for this specific condo]. The condo can accommodate up to __ guests with a [king/queen] in the bedroom/master [list other bedrooms and note if they are ensuite] and a queen sleeper sofa (if applicable, or any other Murphy-style bed that is not in a bedroom). 

2nd Paragraph:  Describe upgrades, renovations, or any other key features (A/C and type: window, individual control split in one or more rooms, central, portable) that the Owner has invested in the property that sets it apart from other units.
