Assignment Extension & Changes to Placement Hours

Whether you require an extension on an assignment or are wishing to change seminar groups to attend a fixture on behalf of your club, your first point of call should be to contact Hallam Help and/or your Academic Advisor or Course Leaders.

Sport Hallam & Club Sport Team do not have the authority to organise the above changes. We politely remind you that University Academic commitments are the utmost important priority whilst you are studying with Sheffield Hallam University.  

Letter of Support

In some cases, Club Sport Team can write 'A Letter of Support' for students to share with academic members of staff and/or placement providers. The letter will help to reinforce and confirm that you are a member of the club and their is a fixture on a certain date/time. The letter will state the liability of a decision being made does still lay with Academic or Placement Provider staff. However, the letter will help confirm that club commitments are taking place.
