Creating products are a useful way for clubs to get money into their club account - ensuring club member funds are safe whilst also allowing committee members to easily track and keep recording of payments received.
Example
Due to the unique nature of all clubs - products available for members to purchase will vary from club to club.
Examples of products that may be uploaded are:

Per Personal Limit - This is optional. If you wish, you can set a limit on the number of products each individual can purchase.

Once these fields have been completed and you press Save. Refresh your Team Hallam page and click 'products'. Your item will now appear in this section. Any live products should appear on the dashboard.
Recommendations & Best Practise
Timeline - Plan ahead. Allow enough time for Committee Members to be able to upload the products. Be mindful of allowing your club members plenty of notice for the item they may need to purchase before it goes off-sale.
Club Account - All items that are uploaded will result in funds entering your club account. The finance team approve these in-bound payments. When an individual purchases a product, this will only appear in your club account after finance have approved the 'in-bound payment'. Please allow some time for in-bound payments to be reflected in your Club Accounts. See finance tab for further information on how to contact the Finance Team.
Off-Sale - To help support with your own admin time we recommend setting club members a soft deadline. For example, the product may come off sale on 1st December at 23:59pm. You may find it useful to inform club members to purchase the product by 28th November. By sharing these dates and communicating a soft deadline this will help to capture any clubs members who are likely culprits for missing deadlines. This happens more often than you think!
Sales Report - You can see a live report (sales report) of which members have purchased the product at any time. For guidance on how to access this information please see 'Memberships - Membership Checks' tab.
