Below is a step-by-step guide on how to discover which members have purchased a product via the Team Hallam site. For information on how to upload a product please see 'Product Upload' page.
Step 2) Once logged into the website. Click on the COG which appears on the top right hand-side of the screen.
Step 3) From the drop-down menu select 'MSL Membership System' or your club name.
Please note your drop-down menu may appear different to the image on the right due to staff vs student access levels.
Step 4) Select 'Sales Report'.

Step 5) Toggle the date range to ensure you capture all of the correct and relevant data.
Set the first date to be before the product went live and the end date to be relevant for the data you are looking to gain.
Once you have confirmed the date range, select 'Purchasers Report' blue button.
Purchasers Report - Will show you a list of student names who has purchased a product or membership from your club within the date range selected.
Sales Report - Will show you the number (not name) of students who has purchased a product or membership from your club within the date range selected.
Step 6) Scroll down the page you will now see a list of students who have purchased products from your club page.
This will be separated from product to product. For example it might show:
Additional Session Fee - and the list of names who purchased.
Boonie Fee - and the list of names who purchased.
Any student who DOES NOT appear on this list, has not purchased the product.
