Kit

Moving forward, kit bags will be provided to clubs with the exact amount required to fulfil a squad. This must be kept in good condition and returned at the end of each BUCS Season unless agreed otherwise with Sport Hallam.

If the kit is not returned, the club may be charged for any missing items.

If you have any issues with sizing, quality of kit or any other feedback you think we should know about, please contact clubsport@shu.ac.uk.

Sport Hallam does not provide any type of leisure wear, this should all be self sourced by clubs.

Manual order’s -

A service for manual orders which can be placed via bethany.wheldon@dreamsport.org for items such as committee pieces which can include your committee position and initials. Prices are listed below:

-   Midlayer - £35 (ex-VAT)

-   Tee - £16.25 (ex-VAT)

-   Polo - £32 (ex-VAT)

-   Hoodie - £29 (ex-VAT)

The prices are inclusive of the club name on sleeve, all additional personalisation’s, such as initials or committee positions, are an additional £3.50 per embellishment.

The 'How To':

STEP 1:​

Find a design & send mock design to Club Sport for approval​

STEP 2:​

Request invoice from supplier (company you are buying items from)

STEP 3:​

Ask for product(s) to be uploaded to Team Hallam website (item, sizes, cost, time) so members can purchase.

STEP 4:​

Upload the invoice to the Club Finance Portal. Committee approve, staff approve, finance pay.
