Key Information:

• Quiet Hour - 10:00 – 11:00 The event will have a quiet hour where noise, activity and flashing lights are reduced.

• Equipment – Yes, you can bring equipment that relates to your Sport Club/sporting activity to help promote your stall. All we ask is that the table decorations you bring with you, are no larger than a normal table/stall. All items must be able to fit on the table. Remember, you will have to carry/transport whatever you bring on your own accord.

• Stalls – 2 people per stall maximum please.  

• Power – If you bring electrical items i.e. laptops or screens, please ensure you have enough battery power (and back-up) to keep these running. We cannot guarantee your stall will have access to a nearby power supply.

• Plan: What is going to make your stall stand out from the rest? Can you arrive in kit or bring equipment unique to your sport? Recent photo's and videography. Set shifts on the day to ensure members on the staff remain full of enthusiasm.

• Diversity: Where possible we encourage all clubs to show diversity amongst their members delivering the stalls.
