Please see flow chart guidance for booking a session at one of our Internal Facilities.

We encourage members to contribute to any additional sessions to ensure your club account maintains a healthy balance throughout the year.

Terms and Conditions -

• Payment
  Payment of all bookings must be paid prior to the session taking place. If payment is not received within the specified timescale, future bookings will be cancelled with immediate effect.

• Refusal and cancellation
  At any time, SHU reserve the right to:

  1. refuse any application as it may deem fit without giving reason

  2. cancel any booking on giving seven days notice to the hirer. Upon any official cancellation, SHU will refund the hirer any monies paid in respect of the booking so cancelled by SHU will not be responsible for any expenditure whatsoever in relation to the booking which the hirer may have incurred or be liable to pay.

• In the event of cancellation or variation of any hiring by the hirer which is less than seven working days before the date of the hire, the hirer will be held responsible for the full charge.
