Classroom Usage Reporter

Classroom Usage Reporter is a companion add on to Classroom Manager it is intended to give those curriculum managers who don't have super-admin rights in the domain access to reports showing how students are using Google Classroom and Google Suite For Education tools.

Users will need delegated admin rights for the reporting.


The add on will allow users to specify a date range and specify a spreadsheet to which to output the data. They can choose to replace existing data or add to it to build up a database over time.

The report returns the following fields:

User's email address

User's name

User's role (student or teacher)

Their last login date

Number of emails received

Date of last Classroom interaction (ie the date they last opened the Classroom dashboard

Number of Classroom posts on the report date

Number of drive files created on the report date

Number of drive items edited (on the report date)

Number of Drive items viewed (on the report date)

The report date

Users can specify a date range for the report and can specify where to output the data to
