Classroom Manager allows you to find and publish a wide variety of information about the adoption of Classroom by all the teachers within your domain. You can measure student engagement with the tasks set and with the Google tools.
This page will describe the reports you can produce.

Get a list of Classes
When you select the List Classes option from the Classroom Manager sidebar this window opens to allow you to specify the classes you want:
You can list all the classes in the domain (just leave all the fields blank and select List Classes)
You can select all classes for an individual teacher (enter their email address in the field at the top)
You can get just a subset of all the classes by filtering on one of or a combination of the fields in this window
For each of these fields it is looking for partial matches. eg in my domain the description heading includes (amongst other information) the academic year fo the class. So if I enter 19/20 in that field the system will return only those classes which contain 19/20 in that field.
The final field allows you to specify whether the classes returned should match ALL of the filter fields specified or returns classes which match any of the filters

Information Fields
No - Sequential number for reporting only
CourseID - unique ID number assigned by Google
Creation date - date the class was created
Owner organisation - OU group for the owner
Classroom link - will open the class in Classroom - if you are a member
Enrolment Code for the class
Guardians Enabled T/F - true if guardians have been enabled for that class

Once you have listed the classes you are interested in you can retrieve detailed information about the classes
Information about Classes
Students currently in the class
Teachers in the class
Summary information about numbers of students, number of Assignments and number of assignments for each class
You can get details of all announcements for the classes
details of all assignments for the classes
details of all students submissions and grades for all the classes
Non-Class related Information
You can also get information about

How to get a List of Classes
Open the spreadsheet you want to use to run classroom Manger
Select Classroom Manager>Admin Menu from the add-ons menu That will open the sidebar
Select Classes from the sidebar menu
Select List - that will open a pop up window
In the pop up window specify the filters you wish to use or leave the fields blank if you want all classes in the domain
Then click on the Get Classes button
The add on will then clear the gsfeCls page and retrieve the relevant class data to populate that sheet. It is important that you leave the window open while it is running. In my domain with about 2100 classes it takes 4 minutes to retrieve the data.
How to get Summaries
Select Classroom Manager from the Add Ons menu
Select the Admin Menu option - that will open the sidebar
Choose Domain reports from the sidebar
Click on the Summaries button
Leave the window open while the data is retrieved
Data will be posted into the gsfeCls sheet.
Get details of teachers in the classes
Select Classroom Manager>Admin Menu from the add-ons menu That will open the sidebar
Select Students and Teachers data from the sidebar menu
Select GetGSFE data - this will open a new window
Select List - that will open a pop up window
Select Get GSFE Teachers - This will get Teachers data for all the classes listed in the gsfeCLS sheet.
Data will be pasted to the gsfeStdnts sheet - existing data will be over-written
It is important that you leave the window open while it is running. In my domain with about 2100 classes and an average of 2 teachers per class it takes 4 minutes to retrieve the data.
Get details of students in the classes
Select Classroom Manager>Admin Menu from the add-ons menu That will open the sidebar
Select Students and Teachers data from the sidebar menu
Select GetGSFE data - this will open a new window
Select List - that will open a pop up window
Select Get GSFE Teachers - This will get Teachers data for all the classes listed in the gsfeCLS sheet.
Data will be pasted to the gsfeStdnts sheet - existing data will be over-written
It is important that you leave the window open while it is running. In my domain with about 2100 classes and about 40,000 student/class records it takes 15 minutes to retrieve the data.
Announcements
This will give you details of all announcements for the classes displayed on the gsfeCls page. You can specify a date range and you can choose to see all posts or just posts by teachers. If you filter the list of classes in the gsfeCLS page it will retrieve announcements just for the filtered list.

Choose whether to replace the data in the sheet or append it to the end of the current data. If you leave it blank the data will be replaced.
Click on the button to get all posts (teacher and student posts) or to just get teacher posts.

This will give you details of Classroom and Google drive usage for all users for a date or a range of dates

How to produce the Usage report
Select Classroom Manager from the Add Ons menu
Select the Admin Menu option - that will open the sidebar
Choose Domain reports from the sidebar
If you want to export the data to another spreadsheet paste the URL into the text box. Leave it blank if you want the data to be pasted into the current spreadsheet.
Select the start and finish data for the data range. If you leave these fields blank it will retrieve the most recent data it can - usually from 3 days ago.
Choose whether to replace the data in the sheet or append it to the end of the current data. If you leave it blank the data will be replaced.
Click on the button to get usage reports
