Katherine acted as the first semester Junior Commissioner this year. She continued her involvement in politics by volunteering for the Connor Lamb campaign. She is also the Politics and Pizza co-president and founder with Golda. Katherine plans on working for State Representative Dan Miller before continuing her education at Wake Forest University. Her primary goal of the project was to educate herself on the actual science behind electronic cigarettes.
Golda is a senior, and current Co-Vice President at Mt. Lebanon high school. She stays informed with her involvement in the Politics and Pizza club (Co-president with Katherine). Golda has seen peers become addicted to E-Cigarettes, and wanted to refute the misconceptions that using vapes is fine for one's health.
JT is a senior at Mt. Lebanon High School and plans to study political science at James Madison University. He has worked with Utah Senator Orrin Hatch in an internship to further his education on current issues with young people in the United States. Similar to other ad hawk members, he has seen juuling become an issue within the school. He attempts to find all facts about the issue to create a discussion about the true effects of using these devices on the health of teen students in the United States.
