During this trip to Chaco canyon we did many things including hike, chat, eat, run around, go crazy on sugar, and get stuck in sleeping bags. The first day after we set up we went on a hike, my group went to Chetro Ketel. Then later we chilled at camp and awaited dinner. The next day we went on two hikes after eating breakfast, packing up, and making lunch. The first hike I went on was Pueblo Bonito, then after lunch I went to Casa Rinconada. Two things that I learned were that the spiral Petroglyph means the circle of life and that in certain spots in a kiva elders or people who would create ceremonies would sit higher than others.
I can understand how some of the first people to live in North America adapted to their climates and geography. I studied the Pacific Northwest with Tobin and Armancio. I exceeded the standards for my model, group work, and presentation. For the model to get an Exceeds it needed a good amount of detail. Next, for the group work to get an Exceeds is that the group needed to work good together and communicate. Finally, we have the presentation which to get an Exceeds we needed to speak clearly and make eye contact. I got a Meets on my project research but there was not an Exceeds. I would not improve anything other than some of the details.
