Besides enhancing the profile of the programme, linking Eco-Schools activities to the curriculum ensures that Eco-Schools is truly integrated within the school community. Hence, Eco Month has been conducted in the school from 1st August 2020 until 30th August 2020. During this month, teaching and learning sessions for selected subjects and selected class will be based on the following themes such as ‘A school in the garden’, ‘Biodiversity in the school’ and/or Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
The integration of an environment education dimension in a particular subjects enriched the subject concerned and thus, make it more relevant and interesting. In our school, we had integrated some subjects such as Malay Language, English Language, Biology, Science, Visual Arts, and Geography. The lesson plans have been recorded and students' work have been displayed at the classroom notice board and along school corridors.

Malay and English Language
Students are given the task of writing an essay on gardening. The objective is to strengthen essay writing skills, strengthen their understanding and cultivate students' interest in gardening. The results of the essay were displayed on the notice board and the winners were given prizes in the form of cash coupons.
Science & Biology
The teacher explains the Sustainable Development Growth (SDG) to the students to strengthen the students' understanding of the SDG. Students were given an SDG quiz at the end of the lesson. The results collected at the end of the study indicate that the students have understood the SDGs and they can explain briefly about it.
Visual Art Education (Pendidikan Seni Visual)
During visual art education lesson, students are given the task of producing an A4 size design with quotes on gardening to brighten up the school gardens while making learning more fun. Drawing on the theme of "Life on Land" and "Habitat Map" has been carried out and the students completed the task given successfully.
Geography
Students given a task by design a brochure related to the theme on 'ENVIRONMENT' .
