Collaboration with Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) and SJK(C) Eok Hua
Objective: Through this exhibition, local community will be given exposure as well as gain knowledge directly towards increasing their level of understanding in the aspects of environmental education. The main purpose of this activity is to:
Expose (inform and involve) teachers, students and the local community to the seven steps methodology in the Eco-Schools program conducted
Establish friendships between schools and the local council and local community who have an interest, direction and spirit of loving the environment
Improve communication skills and leadership skills as well as team spirit
Increase students' confidence in learning outside the classroom

presented 13kg, 40 cm long school grown winter melon to the mayor of MBPP, Datuk Ar' Yew Tung Seang as a token of appreciation for their kind help in this programme

Throughout the exhibition, we able to gather 120 petition from the local community to support in sustainable education. Datuk Ar' Yew Tung Seang, Mayor of MBPP hosted the opening ceremony for the event. From all the comments and feedback that we received, we shall said that event is very successful and had achieved the objective.
