GIS

Sensing

The use of satellite remote sensing is probably the only way to inventory global ecosystem change and to prioritize and evaluate the success of conservation efforts in a simple manner. These tools separately or in combination, for application in environmental analysis studies promote a more approximate and accurate characterization and diagnosis of the study region. GIS deserve special attention in analysis, measurement and planning related to biodiversity and environmental impact.
