Youth Risk Behavior Survey
The student opt out form for the YRBS is open below. Students may choose to opt out until Tuesday, November 26, 2019. At that point, the link will be closed, and students will be asked to participate. The survey links will be open on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 during the first block of the day, and will close for responses 1 hour after the survey begins. Thanks to all for your cooperation!
