Scroll and find the drive folder open in new tab by clicking it on top right side of the folder.
Please search your certificate by name you filled during the Feedback form submission.
Download your certificate only.
If you are not finding your certificate that shows you have not submitted the form on timely or you may have violated the rules.
Please read what are the reasons you will not be able to receive your certificate.

Reasons for not receiving the Certificate

Manovikas is using an automatic process for issuing the certificate, in the following case, your certificate is not generated and sent by email.

1. if you have neither registered on ZOOM or nor joined the session.

2. If you fill incorrect Name without proper capitalisation.

3. If your email is not correct or your inbox is full to receive the certificate.

3. If you have submitted your details more than one time, a strictly multiple entry certificate will not be delivered.

4. If you have shared the link with others the software catches your machine IP address of mobile/computer and keeps your data in the blacklist and you won’t be able to receive the certificate.

Instruction for Feedback and Certificate:

Please note during the submission of feedback form, you please follow the inline instruction for smooth receiving of the Certificate:

1. Please fill correct Name with proper capitalisation which you want on your certificate.

2. The correct email is required for receiving the certificate.

3. Please submit only one time with the information, if make multiple entry certificate will not be delivered.

4. Please don’t share the link with others the software catches it and keep your data in the blacklist and you won’t be able to receive the certificate.

5. Please note the link is active only for 10m if you use this link thereafter you may not be able to receive the certificate.
