Texas

The size of Texas gives the state an enormous amount of natural resources. Texas is connected with oil production and cattle ranches. Texas is a huge agriculture and lumber state, leading the whole USA in sheep and production of cotton. Did you know that Texas‘s most important natural resource is petroleum and natural gas and their largest manufacturing export is petroleum and coal products, which were counted for 60.6 billion.

Oklahoma

Oklahoma’s agriculture is very strong because it’s natural resources are fertile soil, abundant water, and good growing weather. Did you know that Oklahoma is the leading mining state because it has a lot of petroleum, one of the largest in the country in fact, and natural gas.

Arizona

The state’s main stuff that make money include computer and electronic equipment, transportation, and metal stuff. Cotton and citrus fruit are the main farm things. Cattle are raised on large ranches. Arizona is also a big producer of copper.

New Mexico

Stuff in New Mexico includes the making of electronic equipment, food, and oil. The federal government does military and energy research at labs in Los Alamos and Albuquerque. The U.S. military tests missiles and electronic systems at several places in New Mexico. Tourism is also important to the economy.

Cattle

Cattle are mostly raised as farm animals for meat (hamburgers), for milk (ice cream). They are used as riding things. Cattle, mostly small breeds such as the miniature zebu, are pets. There is also only one male cow in a milk cow family. Some cow breeds are for meat and some breeds are for milk. But all herds of cows have about one male other than calves.

Frontier City has western themed rides. It's the only roller coaster in Oklahoma city. The experts say "it’s like being shot from a cannon as you rocket through this high-speed steel looping coaster." Hello! Today I will answer 4 thick questions I have made so you can learn about the Oklahoma City Thunder.

What is the History of the Okc Thunder? The Okc thunder have changed their team 1 time. The Okc Thunder once started as the Seattle Supersonics Which was then changed from Seattle, Washington, to Oklahoma City. The Seattle Supersonics won 1 championship which was in 1979 Against the Washington Bullets.

Why did the Seattle Supersonics change into the OKC Thunder? The Seattle Supersonics changed because they failed to find public funding to build a new arena in the Seattle area so they moved to OKC with a 45 million deal with the city of Seattle to pay off the team’s existing lease at the Keyarena in Seattle.

Who founded the OKC Thunder and when? The Founder of the OKC Thunder, reached a settlement with the Seattle Supersonics (which I said in the History page) between the ownership group led by Clay Bennett In the 2007-2008 season. The Founder of the OKC Thunder is Clay Bennett.

Have the OKC Thunder changed? The OKC Thunder have changed from the Seattle Sonics to the OKC Thunder. They have traded and let out some of the best players in the NBA right now like James Harden, and Kevin Durant. People now think that the dumbest trade ever was when the OKC traded James Harden for Kevin Martin and Jeremy Lamb.

Russell Westbrook is a professional NBA player that plays for Oklahoma City Thunder and is 29 years old. He was the 4th pick, (First Round) in the 2008 NBA draft pick. He is a 7 time NBA All Star and a two time NBA All Star game most valuable player. To learn more, click here
