You can create charts in Adobe Illustrator or PowerPoint. When creating charts in PowerPoint, you can use the tool for charts in the ‘Insert’ section.
Rule: Generally, text has to be inserted in PowerPoint, not in Illustrator, with a minimum font size of 12 pt.
