We are excited to roll out new, streamlined email signature templates for two very important reasons: Technical Compliance and Legal Branding. We strongly recommend implementing one of these new options as soon as possible.
Technical Integrity (Google System Limits)
We have observed that many existing email signature elements - specifically embedded images like social media icons and large logo walls - are failing to display or function correctly for recipients.
The Issue: Recent updates within Google have placed strict limits on the size and structure of embedded attachments/images in signatures. This causes older or oversized images to become broken, invisible, or non-functional (often appearing as gray boxes).
The Solution: Our new templates are designed to bypass these technical limitations, ensuring your signature displays correctly and professionally 100% of the time.
Legal Use of Partner Logos
There is an ongoing focus within the Virtuoso network regarding the legal use of partner brand assets.
The Rule: Your independent affiliate status does not automatically grant you the legal right to use every supplier's logo (e.g., specific cruise lines, hotels, tour operators) in your email signature.
Compliance: To maintain compliance, we are only able to implement pre-approved logos outside of your personal branding. This includes our agency's official tri-brand mark.
We will no longer be updating or implementing any previous, non-compliant logo walls. We will only be implementing the following approved template options moving forward. Refer to the images below, or the accompanying PDF document (2025/2026 Email Signature Templates) to view the visual layout of these options.
We offer two primary styles: a classic text-based format for traditional correspondence (Option 1) and a cutting-edge digital business card format for modern networking (Option 2).

While we can no longer implement custom, non-compliant images, we offer three professionally designed Logo Wall options to prominently feature the credibility of our agency.
These images are pre-vetted for technical performance and legal compliance so they will always display correctly for your recipients. Please select the Logo Wall that best reflects your professional designation.

Popl is a digital business card and networking service that Largay Travel provides to you - free of charge!
Popl eliminates the need for physical business cards by allowing you to instantly share all of your contact information, social links, and website with a simple scan. This tool is designed to make quick, memorable connections on the go. Popl operates via a user-friendly mobile app. It syncs all your relevant business information (name, business, phone, social links, Virtuoso page) into one dynamic, shareable profile.
The Mobile App
Popl has a dedicated mobile app that you should download to manage your digital card. The app allows you to easily edit your profile, update your photo, and view the list of contacts you have connected with while networking. It is the central hub for managing your digital presence.
Networking Benefits
Integrating the Popl QR code into your email signature (Option 2) allows recipients to instantly scan and save all your information directly to their phone, enhancing your professional networking capabilities and efficiency at events and meetings.
What is the QR Code?
The QR code is the scannable, square barcode image. When someone aims their phone camera at this code, it instantly directs them to your Popl profile, where they can save your contact information with a single tap. Think of it as a super-fast, digital business card.
