You will begin your journey with a deep dive into Preferred Partner product offerings, gaining a strong foundation of knowledge and confidence. Through a dynamic live session featuring a Partner Panel including Regent Seven Sea Cruises, Crystal and Riverside Luxury Cruises, and breakout discussions, we will explore a diversity of products, trends, and unique value propositions. The month culminates in an optional, practical exercise to encourage you to action your learning.
Sales Strategies & Best Practices on Thursday, May 21, 2026, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM PDT
Your second month focuses on practical selling skills. You will learn how to qualify clients, position your value, and apply proven strategies to convert interest into bookings. A live session led by a panel of top-selling Advisors will provide real-world insights and strategies for converting land clients into cruise clients with a focus on language and confidence. The month culminates in an optional, practical exercise.
Integration & Virtuoso Support Ecosystem on Thursday, June 18, 2026, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM PDT
The final month connects your learning back to Virtuoso’s tools, services, and resources. You will learn how to integrate product knowledge and sales strategies into your day-to-day business using Virtuoso’s support ecosystem. A live session featuring Virtuoso experts will guide this integration, and a web15 on-demand learning module will reinforce your understanding and give you access to additional sales stories and Partner materials. Your course concludes with a final optional exercise: a personalized plan for implementing all you’ve learned to drive client impact and business growth. Plus, you will also receive a B2C email to generate client interest, highlighting participating Partners and promotions.
