We strongly encourage you to provide your clients with your cell phone number so you can be reached in case of an emergency. However, we do have several after-hours emergency services offered for you or your clients.
This option is for your clients’ use, and is ONLY AVAILABLE if arranged with the IC Client Relations Department at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Here is how this works:
During normal business hours, our Client Relations Department is available by calling 203-757-9481 or toll-free at 1-800-322-9481 in the US.
After normal business hours (nights, weekends & holidays) we have support agents “on call” for your clients if the proper procedures are followed. They can either call the main number and hit extension 3402 or call direct at 203-346-1685 or toll-free in the US 1-800-876-8425
Your auto-responder message to your clients must tell them that if their matter needs immediate attention, they will need to call the numbers above. Sample out of office messages are available by Clicking Here
For air assistance after main office hours, simply email icair@largaytravel.com or use the standard air request form
If it is an emergency and you need to speak to someone in that department after hours, simply call the Largay main number and hit extension 3402. If they are not available, they will call you back within the hour.
Responses to emails to/from the air desk during the day will be handled by the agent on duty that eveningweekend day.
