Frequent flyer reservations can be incredibly difficult due to varying airline programs, rules, & restrictions. They can take a tremendous amount of time with varying results. Our recommendation is to let preferred, frequent flyer reservation provide POINT.ME handle the booking from start to finish. The client can work through you or with them directly, and you receive commission.
The easiest and quickest way to research flight itineraries and pricing options is to use the IC Air Request Form, which can be accessed by using the button below. This form will walk you through the information needed, and responses will be tracked so any one of the Largay Air Team can assist you at any time, day or night.
*Note that a passport copy for each traveler is mandatory for all international travelers to ensure smooth travel.
Our air department team can be reached via email at ICAir@largaytravel.com. If you would like to request an air reservation via email instead of our recommended form above, click the button below to access the Air Department Cheat Sheet and ensure that all necessary information is included in your email.
This presentation is used to introduce advisors to the Largay Travel Air Department and contains great information for advisors and their clients. This information helps you to understand the incredible value and value-added service you and your clients have access to.
The air department charges a per-ticket fee to advisors, and they are welcome to charge their clients whatever they would like and receive 95% commission on all airline planning fees. Largay Travel's air fees are deducted from your advisor statement the following month when the airline commission and planning fees are paid. Exchanges and voluntary changes are additional fees, however, Involuntary changes to tickets as a result of weather or the airline are free of charge.
