VCTA Registration Process

Here are the steps for the VCTA Registration Process:

For those that are waitlisted:

1. You will receive the email from Virtuoso instructing you to complete the Request to Attend VCTA form.  Follow the link and complete the form.  

2. Once Virtuoso receives your request, you will receive another email from the Virtuoso Events team prompting you to log in to the Virtuoso Events site to complete your registration. Please note that this email may take up to a week to appear in your inbox.

3. When completing your registration, please select "Internal Credit" for the VCTA charge (this should reflect the discounted rate of $1795.00).  Largay Travel will follow up to collect this payment.

4. Virtuoso will collect hotels charges at the time of registration.

For the rest of you, below are the two ways to register when registration opens:

• You will need to log in to Virtuoso.com.  On the left hand side, select Virtuoso Events.  Click on Virtuoso Events, select 2026 Schedule, hover over 'OTHER EVENTS', click on VCTA,  The registration links will be on that page

OR

• You will need to log into the Virtuoso Travel Academy, go to the hamburger menu in the top right hand corner, go to Discover, and then VCTA. The registration links will be on that page.

Please know that:
