Email Encryption

Our email encryption software is Check Point Harmony Email Security and offers a multitude of email protection.   

To encrypt an email, simply add the word "encrypt" into the subject line of an outgoing email.  The email recipient will then receive an email with a link to the secure message.  They will be prompted to send an authentication code, which will be sent in a separate email to them.  Once they enter that code in the email, the email and any attachments will then be able to be viewed.

Turn off Conversation View

Conversation view allows you to have emails from the same sender grouped into one email.  This can be very confusing with our ZenDesk Help ticket platform, so it is important that Conversation View is off. See below for a quick video on how to turn this off.
