Zoom is a video conferencing platform used to virtually meet for discussions.
Each Largay affiliate gets a free Zoom account, which can do meetings up to 40 minutes. Upgraded accounts that have no time limit are available for $11.33 per month and are deducted from your monthly statement. To sign up, email help@largaytravel.com

When you join Largay Travel, a Zoom activation email invitation will be sent to your Largay Travel email address.
Follow prompts in email.

Setting Up a Zoom Meeting
Setting Up a Zoom Meeting
Sign into your Zoom account with your Largay Travel email address and password you created upon activation.
Click the Meetings option on the left-hand side.
Select Schedule a New Meeting.
Topic - Type in the Meeting title.
When - Select the date/time.
Duration - Enter in desired duration.
Time Zone - Select the desired time zone.
Meeting ID - Leave as is.
Meeting Password - Select whether or not you would like a password for your meeting.
Video - Select the On option for Host & Participant.
Audio - Select the Both option.
Meeting Options - Select Mute participants upon entry.
Press the Save button.
