We love our RAAVE Program at the Langan School!
You may be thinking, what is RAAVE anyway? RAAVE stands for: Responsibly Addressing Autism Via Education.
Our program serves students on the spectrum, as well as other students who may benefit from the supports our program provides.
There are many components that make up our RAAVE program. Some of those components include:
- Prompting and visual supports
- Schedules and routine based learning
- Behavior Intervention Supports
- Addressing sensory needs
- Individualization and Differentiation
The Langan School's RAAVE Coordinator is Samantha Durkee works with the younger students. She help support classrooms, teachers, and occasionally, the community!
