Manage Extracts Page

Before reading this, it is worth checking the definition of an Extract. The manage extracts page lets you edit, update and delete a predefined extract. The outputs of the extracts are saved as Static Data files and are displayed in the static data table.

There are two different extract types, Raw and Aggregated. Raw Extracts are raw files containing raw data. Aggregated Extracts are data files that have been extracted and summarized according to a set of user-defined rules.

At this stage there are only two Extract Actions defined:

• Edit: Lets you update the instructions specified by this extract.
• Update: For open-ended extracts this button will extract all the latest data associated with these extract instructions.
• Delete: Deletes these instructions (to come).
