Connecting To Data Sources
There are two types of data sources: Static (i.e Cloud storage), these data sources remain fixed once they are imported. The second type of data source are Dynamic (i.e Survey data), these sources can change once they are created and the application is programmed to connect these data sources every 15 minutes and gather new data.

1. The first step is provide Knowledge Leaps application with the required API access keys and passwords so that it has permission to access these external sources. This is managed in the Manage Web Data Sources section of the application, this allows users to connect their KL accounts to static data storage and dynamic data sources.
