Systems

During this course year our students worked with the overarching theme of SYSTEMS. During this course students worked to understand patterns using the subunit topics of ecosystems, economics, and energy. Our overall unit understandings included seeing a system as a group of interacting, interrelated, or interdependent elements forming a complex whole, learning that system can be influenced by other systems, and that systems follow rules. During each subunit students gained a deeper understanding of these concepts, as well as topic specific unit understandings.
