Exploration

During this course year our students worked with the overarching theme of EXPLORATION. During this course students worked to understand patterns using the subunit topics of astronomy, architecture, and archaeology. Our overall unit understandings included exploration confronts the unknown, exploration may result in new findings or the confirmation of previous understandings, and exploration generates change. During each subunit students gained a deeper understanding of these concepts, as well as topic specific unit understandings.
