Patterns

During this course year our students worked with the overarching theme of PATTERNS. During this course students worked to understand patterns using the subunit topics of geological forces, cranial connections (the brain), and oceanography. Our overall unit understandings included interrelationships among parts of a system reveal patterns, patterns may be predictable, and patterns help us make sense of and use information. Each subunit students gained a deeper understanding of these concepts, as well as topic specific unit understandings.
