Week of April 25

Students participated in a career guessing game, listened to a story about shoes and how it relates to careers. They were to draw a picture of a pair of shoes that they would need to wear at the job they want when they grow up!

Week of April 11

Student learned about 'ICan'titis' and how sometimes it is easy to give up or not try when things get hard. We talked about saying positive and encouraging statements to ourselves in tough times.

Week of March 7

Students learned about how to be caring to others and what empathy means. We talked about a variety of different ways we can show people we care about them. 

Week of January 24

Students talked about the Cyber 5 Rules of internet safety and read the story Once Upon a Time Online which encourages students to talk to their parents before going online!

Week of Dec 6

Students watched a video that talked about the importance of body safety and what to do if you ever feel uncomfortable.

Week of Oct 25

Students talked and learned about what it means to make positive, healthy choices. 

Week of September 27

Students went through a variety of examples on things that we should only think and not say as well as things we should say to our friends!

Week of September 13

Students talked about Homecoming some traditions our community does to celebrate being Tea Titans! We talked about how we all can come together to build great things by sharing ideas with one anther. All students in the school colored a block that was incorporated into this piece of art that is displayed in the lunch room!

Week of August 23

Students were welcomed back to the GOLD room where they participated in a listening activity to work on their listening skills!
