RCC Application Process
Become a RCC Tiger
As a new RCC Tiger, the following information will guide you through the steps of getting started at RCC. To determine your academic program of study, visit the Academic Pathways to learn more about the programs and courses RCC offers.
Step One: Complete the Online Application and the Student Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) or DREAM Act Application even if you don't think you qualify. If you need help with these applications, contact Mrs. Merino or Ms. Garcia from the RHS College and Career Center.

Step Two: Once your online application is submitted, you'll receive information about the Online Orientation. If this is your first time applying to RCC, within one business day you will receive an official welcome email with your MyPortal information.
Step Three: Now you are ready to register for classes. Log in through MyPortal

What is the Promise Program?
The Promise Program provides affordable community college education by supporting full-time students in their goals to graduate and be transfer ready in a timely manner. Providing access to a high quality education tailored especially for the transfer-minded students.
Free Tuition and Fees
$250 in book credit per semester (Fall and Spring)
Priority registration for up to 15 units per semester (Fall and Spring)
Access to Educational Advisors who are dedicated to your success
Peer Mentors to support with the transition from high school to college
Counselors to assist your educational path
Faculty Advising
Access to Academic Support services

The promise Program DOES NOT have an application. We invite students who complete all the requirements early; RCC Application and FAFSA or Dream Act Application.

Norco College - Promise Program
Norco College Advantage Program!
This program is open to first-time college students from the surrounding area who plan to attend Norco College and enroll in 12 or more units. Norco Advantage is part of a state grant to increase the number of first time college students. If you register for one of the informational sessions you will learn more about the program and how to take courses for free with early registration, learn about academic counseling and financial aid, and what Norco Advantage is!
