Another busy week is drawing to a close and there have been so many wonderful things happening here at Jupiter Primary. The week started with a valuable opportunity to hear thoughts and ideas from the Parent Forum on Monday morning. Thank you to those involved and to everyone who passed on ideas and feedback.
The festive spirit continued this week when Year Two performed their Winter Festival, first to the school and then to the parents. Thank you to everyone who attended this performance. The children did so well and you were a terrific audience!
Continuing with the performing arts theme, we were treated to wonderful music through the Rock Steady assembly and then our choir visited Queens Way House to sing carols to the residents. What a talented group of children we have and it is so wonderful to share this in different ways.
Our children have continued to enjoy lots of wonderful learning experiences, including a trip to the local church for Year Two and a visit from a local Rabbi for Year Five. Do have a look through the year group news below to see what your child has been doing and celebrate with your child.
Finally, a reminder to make sure all clothing, coats, hats, scarves and gloves are clearly named. We frequently find lost property and we really want to be able to return it to the correct child.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I look forward to seeing you next week. Don’t forget, the last day of term is Friday 19th December, when school closes at 1.15pm on that day.
