Throughout the 2025–2026 school year, there may be occasions when staff from ETMS, JCPS, approved media outlets, or other authorized organizations take photographs, audio recordings, or video footage of students. These images or recordings may be used in district or school publications, on social media, or in other official communications.
If you do not wish for your student’s image, voice, or likeness to be used for these purposes, please complete and return the attached form to the front office.
Thank you for your attention and support.
All teachers at Echo Trail use Standards Based Grading. This means that grades will be communicated as a 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0 and focus on what students know and can do in relation to specific state standards. Click this link to learn more and reach out to your child's teacher or counselor if you have questions.
If you are the first car with a student to unload, pull all the way around to the white line before unloading. Once the line has stopped, students can exit out the passenger side anywhere from the white line to the main entrance and enter through the gym.
All students MUST come through the car rider line and exit in the unloading zone. They cannot be let out in the parking lot, on Echo Trail, or in the bus parking lot.
If your student has an academic question or social-emotional need, you can reach our counselors or Mental Health Practitioner by filling out the Counselor Google Form.

Meet our Membership Chair, Ailsa!
Ailsa is the mom to Anna in 8th grade and Olivia in 6th. She stays busy shuttling her girls to archery, track, beta club, robotics, dance team, and more! Ailsa is a familiar face to many of your kiddos as she held two long-term sub positions last year and will likely be there daily this year. A big Cards fan, she can’t wait for football season and going to games with her kids. She is most excited to have both her older girls at the same amazing school this year and to see the school full with all three grades. She just knows this year will be grEaT!
Meet this year’s 8th Grade Coordinator, Courtney!
Courtney is a hair stylist and mom to 8th grader Pierce. She loves to watch him golf and bowl for the wolf pack! Courtney is a four time NCA national champion for DuPont Manual and Gym Tyne All-Star and had 12 years of perfect attendance when she was a kid. She is most excited to celebrate our 8th graders this year!
We would love for you to sign up for a PTSA Membership. All family members can join and if a student joins, they will get a free dress pass August 29th.
