Thank you for your support of our Random Acts of Kindness Club who successfully collected a total of 388 cereal boxes to donate! The winning team was Team Perseverance who earned a dress down day for the most boxes collected. We will communicate the dress down date soon.
Congratulations to our yearbook front and back cover winners! Akanksha S designed the front of our cover and Jesse N designed the back cover of our yearbook. Below you will find their amazing art skills and what talented students we have!
Students will receive their lockers this week. Students will visit their lockers before first period and at dismissal at the end of the day. Students will store jackets and backpacks in their lockers each day. We will also be hosting a “Locker Family Night” so you can also support your student. More information on the date and time will be coming soon. Please know we will help our students with lockers so they feel confident in using them.
We started our second term last Thursday and the only changes in most student schedules were new Elevate classes and ALL students changed to new Explore classes. If there are questions about individual student schedules, please complete the counselor request form.

Only one form per household needs to be completed if you include all family member's names.

Standard Based Grading
At Echo Trail, we are committed to ensuring that students develop the necessary skills that will help them work towards demonstrating mastery on various standards in each subject area. We will utilize Standards Based Grading to provide on-going feedback on your child’s performance. Students will be given multiple opportunities to show application of their learning on daily tasks and assignments as well as on assessments.
In accordance with the JCPS Student Handbook, teachers will use the conversion chart below when communicating with students and families. We look forward to working together with you to help your child have a successful year.
Errors? Omissions? If something is missing or needs to be corrected, please email Michael Etter, michael.etter@jefferson.kyschools.us.
